Novum Refrigeration Technology
Novum was founded in 1955 in Dublin, Ireland and since 1972 they have specialised in supplying quality refrigeration equipment to the retail sector. Everything they design and manufacture is done in their two factories. They were the first to use glass lids and curved glass lids making visual displays easier for the customer which significantly improves sales for retailers. They produce 25,000 cabinets each year.
Their entire catalogue of fifteen refrigeration units was photographed for their brochure and advertising collateral. Each unit was shot empty, full of frozen food and with the various lid design options that come with selected units.
The photographs were taken on location in their exhibition space.
